With business people, I have assisted them in evaluating their business to help them anticipate vulnerabilities and to ensure that they are prepared for whatever comes their way, and in the process, developed business continuity plans.

My name is Dolores, but I like to be called Lolis. I was born on June 16, 1972, in Chihuahua, Chihuahua. I graduated as a Certified Public Accountant from the Autonomous University of Chihuahua in 1994. At 27, I moved to the United States, where I now reside in Arizona with my only son, Esteban. In 2011, I founded Tax and Accounting Service, two years after my first husband, José, passed away.

Ten years later, Esteban and I formed a new family alongside my current husband, Dr. José Pablo Pescador. Together, we co-founded Starlight Financial Group, which encompasses seven companies dedicated to helping entrepreneurs achieve growth.

I am passionate about numbers, love traveling, and have achieved my goals through spirituality and direct communication with God, relying on faith, conviction, and the power of manifestation.

I host a podcast titled Navigating Your Finances, a series of steps designed to help you achieve the longed-for financial freedom through gratitude.

Ivan Hernández Hernández

Originally from Ciudad Juárez, I hold a degree in Public Accounting from the Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Juárez.

I have worked in the public sector as a tax auditor for the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (SHCP). In the private sector, I have gained experience in various industries, including journalism, wholesale carpet sales, social clubs, quick-service oil change workshops, hotels, and the maquiladora industry, specializing in accounting and payroll.

Currently, I manage an accounting firm primarily overseen by my wife, who is also a certified public accountant. Additionally, I work at the SHCP administering and auctioning assets seized by federal authorities, including the Customs Department, SAT, and FGR, as well as assets decommissioned by other federal agencies.

My teaching career began in 2002 at the Autonomous University of Ciudad Juárez, where I have taught courses such as Cost Accounting 1 and 2, Finance 1, Taxes 1 and 2, Introduction to Auditing, and Auditing Practices. For two semesters, I also taught at the Technological University of Ciudad Juárez.
